- How does the pricing work?
- You pay one flat monthly fee for a band of properties (€12 a month for up to 10, €29 a month for up to 35, €79 a month for up to 100) rather than a charge per property. The more you hold, the less each one costs you. Your first property is free, and if you go beyond 100 we’ll agree a price with you.
- Does a property in Northern Ireland cost more?
- No. A house in Belfast and a house in Dublin count the same. Beamwise applies whichever rulebook is the right one, and that’s included.
- Is there a contract, a setup fee or a card to give?
- No contract and no setup fee, and you can cancel a monthly plan whenever you like. Your first property is free for as long as you want it, with no card. A paid plan starts with 14 days free: Stripe takes a card when you start it and charges nothing until the 14 days are up.
- What actually happens when something is due?
- Beamwise watches every expiry and renewal date and tells you well in advance. On a paid plan you can also send the job straight to a qualified tradesperson, who uploads the new certificate themselves.
- Do my tenants and tradespeople need to pay?
- No. They get their own logins as part of your plan. Tenants are sent their certificates automatically and can report repairs; tradespeople see only the jobs you send them.
